Our focus has now included estate agents commission, matrimonial discounting and deceased estates.

Glenn Molloy

My name is Glenn Molloy and I am the GM of Bayside Finance Solutions. Most of my working career has been in banking, joined Barclays Bank ( now FNB ) and worked in various senior positions during my 28 year career. Acquired a number of qualifications , including CAIB ( SA). Corporate Bankers executive programme, SMDP ( seniors Managers development programme ) and many more.

I was the founder of COD ( CASH ON DEMAND ) in 2001. I exited this business in 2007 .

Sport/hobbies included running , completed many comrades , Washie 100 Milers and many marathons. Played league cricket , under 20 rugby and golf. I am an avid follower of sport.

I am married to Tammy, have 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren.

I qualified as an Architect from The University of the Witwatersrand in 1982.  There-after I travelled extensively and settled in Durban in 1988 after my travels.

I have been based in Durban ever since and practiced as Frencken & Associates since 1991. The scope of work focused on  architectural design, project management as well as product design. During this period I have been involved in numerous developments and have had exposure to the development financing and building related professionals amongst others, and have an in depth knowledge of project related legal issues, the business of estate agents and project marketing. I have also had involvement in the hospitality industry including hotels, restaurants and lodges.

Sports included squash, sailing, kite boarding, leisure running and cycling. My hobbie is to potter around in a workshop developing products and working on creative ideas and solutions.

I am blessed with a daughter and a son and am married to Petra.
